Cashier Position

Member of the reception team, the cashier's responsibility is to provide an unforgettable experience to our customers by guiding them through the menu and supporting them to complete an order that fits their needs and expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome new and returning guests on each visit
• Know all menu items to make food suggestions and answer questions
• Verify the accuracy of each guest's order, manage take-out orders, process transactions in POS, and follow cash handling procedures
• Operate the cash register and be able to count money and give correct change
• Count the register before and after each shift with management to ensure there is no shortage or excess
• Assist with frontline food preparation procedures, such as packaging and delivering orders to tables
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient service and quality products
• Be able to work with others and communicate effectively in a busy restaurant environment
• Follow and respect all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferable: More than one year of experience in similar positions.
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must comply with company hygiene and personal care policies.
• Must be able to present authorized work documents in the U.S.

Pay Rate: USD $15.00/Hr.
