Are you a hands-on leader ready to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?We are seeking a dedicated Injection Molding Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift production team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) targets are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For

• Expertise: Proven technical experience in injection molding is essential.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in the automotive manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse team of 15 direct reports.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

• Schedule: 2nd Shift, Monday - Friday (4:00pm - 12:30am).
• Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
• Overtime: Eligible for straight-time overtime after 50 hours.
• Team Size: You will be directly responsible for 15 team members within a 90-person shift.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Production Mastery: Oversee shift-by-shift operations, manage mold changes, and drive cycle time optimization. You’ll be the go-to expert for equipment effectiveness and troubleshooting molding defects.
• Safety Leadership: Champion health, safety, and environmental protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and secure workplace for all team members.
• Quality Excellence: Lead shop-floor problem-solving workshops and ensure all parts meet strict customer specifications.
• Team Development: Directly mentor, train, and supervise a team of 15. You will manage scheduling, performance, and cross-training to foster a collaborative work environment.
