Job Description
The Customer Service Admin plays a key role in supporting a diverse customer base that includes business and corporate clients. This individual manages a variety of administrative and customer-focused tasks using dedicated CRM platforms and general office software. Operating mostly independently, the role requires moderate direct interaction with customers and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective customer support through various channels
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Process orders efficiently and track their status
- Keep comprehensive documentation for reporting purposes
- Coordinate communication within the team and with clients
- Generate and maintain regular reports on service metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
