Admissions, Recruitment, And Advancement Assistant

The Admissions, Recruitment & Advancement Assistant is a mission-driven role responsible for helping grow student enrollment, strengthen community relationships, and support advancement efforts at Chesterton Academy of Our Lady of Hope. Core Responsibilities 1. Enrollment & Admissions Support

• Support prospective families
• Maintenance of the admissions pipeline (inquiry - application - enrollment -Tuition aid Package)
• Coordinate Shadow days, Open Houses, & Admissions events

2. Marketing & Community Outreach

• Build and maintain relationships with pastors, parish offices, and Catholic communities
• Support marketing efforts (flyers, messaging, outreach campaigns)

3. Advancement & Donor Support and acknowledgments

• Enter donations received and coordinate acknowledgments.
• Assist with fundraising campaigns and appeals: RSVPs, Volunteers, Logistics

4. Systems, Data & Process Maintenance

• Maintain data accuracy
• Support standardized workflows for admissions and advancement

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in marketing or customer service preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong computer and database skills
• Commitment to Catholic education and mission-driven work

Work Schedule: 30 hours per week Faculty and staff take an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church.
