Director, Customer & Community Marketing (Fully Remote)

Manage customer launch plans, calendars, deliverables, and approvals tied to FedRAMP milestones. Develop reusable assets including press releases, customer stories, and video interviews. Deliver customer communications and key-account programs that strengthen retention. Lead Voice of the Customer activities and translate feedback into actions. Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage timelines, approvals, and handoffs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and agencies. Keep stakeholders informed and escalate risks as needed. Measurement and Reporting: Maintain dashboards covering launch delivery, campaign engagement, and customer participation. Review results with leadership and recommend improvements.
