DescriptionGrowing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role will oversee a small accounting team, manage multi-entity accounting, and partner closely with leadership on financial reporting, cash flow, and business operations.ResponsibilitiesOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingManage accounting for multiple entities and related transactionsSupervise AP, AR, billing, and bank reconciliationsPrepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysesCoordinate with external accountants and advisorsDrive process improvements and strengthen accounting proceduresSupport leadership with financial analysis and operational reportingRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilitiesExperience with multi-entity accounting and high-volume transactional environmentsStrong financial reporting, reconciliation, and analytical skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and accounting softwareReal estate, property management, construction, or related industry experience preferredThis is a fully onsite opportunity with a stable organization offering significant visibility and the ability to make a meaningful impact on the finance function.Job typePerm
