Join the Pacsun Community. The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. The Assistant Store Manager must also inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors-including a customer focused selling culture and ensuring the execution of the Store's KPl's. Assistant Managers also must hold store employees accountable to following all policies and procedures. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. The associate must frequently sit/stand for long periods of time and climb ladders as needed. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear.
