About the Role As a Freight Forwarder Reefer Specialist, you will manage the entire process from A to Z for temperature-controlled shipments. Your focus will be on delivering operational excellence while building strong relationships with customers and partners. You will also contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities and supporting commercial activities. Responsibilities: Coordinating and managing end-to-end sea freight export orders Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers Partnering effectively with truckers and carriers Identifying opportunities to expand our customer base Collaborating closely with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional results Profile You are someone who combines operational expertise with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering quality. In this role, attention to detail and the ability to think ahead are key.
