Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Events & Campaign Operations)

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be the "engine" behind our field marketing events and traditional campaigns. You will own the logistics for company-hosted events, manage our marketing calendars, and serve as a key partner to our Demand Generation and Sales teams to ensure our initiatives are executed flawlessly.

This is a fast-paced role that requires a blend of creative project management and analytical rigor. You will manage marketing assets, track campaign performance, and collaborate with internal teams and creative vendors to ensure brand consistency across every channel. Key Responsibilities
Event Logistics & Field Marketing
• Event Coordination: Lead the logistics for company-hosted events, including venue coordination, attendee registration setup, and on-site resource management.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams to ensure our field activities directly support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
• Brand Execution: Serve as the point of contact for creative production vendors; ensure that all materials and messaging maintain strict brand consistency across all customer-facing channels.

Campaign Operations & Asset Management
• Calendar Management: Maintain the master marketing calendar; proactively coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all deadlines for campaign assets and launches are met.
• Collateral Stewardship: Manage and update the marketing asset library, ensuring the team has access to the most recent templates, collateral, and brand resources.
• Operational Execution: Oversee the technical setup of registration pages, manage giveaway shipments/logistics, and assist in the initial build-out of new campaign assets.

Reporting & Analytics
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance using industry-standard analytics tools; provide regular reports on key metrics to help the team understand ROI and engagement trends.
• Data-Driven Insights: Translate raw data into actionable insights to improve future event strategy and campaign delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing support, coordination, or operations role (B2B or technology industry experience is highly preferred).
• Technical Mastery:
oProficiency in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms (e.g., lead management and list segmentation).
oFamiliarity with creative design tools (e.g., Canva or similar platforms) to assist with basic collateral updates.
oHands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Attributes
• Prior familiarity with the IT or cybersecurity industry is a significant plus.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with the ability to solve logistical problems on the fly.
• High level of comfort working in a hybrid, collaborative team environment.
