Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice). Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care. Compensation $78K‑95K + sign‑on bonus of $5K + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8K per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs.
