Job Description:

• An experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Finance & Operations (F&O), and CRM Consultant with deep expertise in omnichannel commerce, retail transformation, and Shopify integration.
• You will act as a trusted advisor and techno-functional consultant responsible for helping clients design, implement, and optimize end-to-end commerce solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), Power Platform, and Shopify.
• You are comfortable leading client workshops, defining business processes, driving solution architecture discussions, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful transformation programs.
• The role aligns with the combination of D365 Commerce, F&O integration, CRM, and omnichannel retail consulting skills highlighted in client hiring discussions.

The Opportunity:

Business Consulting & Solution Design:

• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Analyze current business processes and define future-state operating models.
• Design end-to-end omnichannel commerce solutions across retail, eCommerce, customer engagement, order fulfillment, and financial operations.
• Develop solution blueprints, process flows, functional design documents, and business requirements.

Dynamics 365 Commerce:

• Lead implementation of Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions.
• Configure and support:
  • Product Information Management
  • Pricing and Promotions
  • Order Management
  • Commerce Scale Unit
  • Drive omnichannel customer experiences across digital sales channels.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Present solution recommendations and business value propositions.
• Support project governance, risk management, and executive communications.
• Collaborate with delivery, architecture, and presales teams.

What You Need:

Required Experience:

• 10-15 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting experience.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.
• Strong functional consulting experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating Shopify with Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Experience in omnichannel retail and eCommerce implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
