Certified Veterinary Technician

VCA Brickell Animal Hospital is hiring a full time Veterinary Technician to join our team! (CVT credentials desired, but not required)

Compensation: $23 - $27 / hr based on skill set, experience, and licensure status.

Schedule : 4 days on, 3 days off, 1 Sat or Sun required

What You'll Do

Whether you are a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT) or technician in training, we want you to use the knowledge that you've invested your time and talent in. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to:

• Compassionate patient care

• Client education and communication

• Patient assessment

• Anesthesia and surgery assisting

• Radiology

• Dentistry

• Catheter placement

• Venipuncture

• Laboratory work

• Pharmacy

• Medical recordkeeping
