Accounting Assistant

Seeking an Accounting Assistant for a well-established company! Job duties include: Will be responsible for all accounts payables and receivables activities Will process vendor invoices, verify invoices, purchase orders and payment requests Prepare and process weekly check runs and electronic payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies Maintain organized AP files and records Will prepare and issue customer invoices, process customer payments and apply payments to accounts Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due accounts Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with monthly AR reporting and collections Assist with monthly bank and account reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Generate financial reports as requested Answer vendor and customer… #J-18808-Ljbffr Snelling
