The Clinical Manager is a Registered Nurse who manages and directs all patient care services and personnel in the HomeCare agency. Position Highlights Hiring and maintaining the best clinical staff Coordinating referrals and ongoing care with patients, their caregivers, hospitals and physicians, and clinicians Helping NHC HomeCare meet our patients' needs Providing care as needed, but mainly ensuring we have the staff to provide that care Educating and monitoring care provided Being fluent in HomeCare HomeBase Point Care and HomeCare HomeBase Back Office Qualifications Registered Nurse in South Carolina or a compact state Minimum one year experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months in home care Supervisory experience Committed to helping meet patient goals Current Driver’s License, car insurance, and good driving record Able to meet Background Screening requirements Benefits NHC HomeCare offers a competitive compensation package for full time employment, including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, uniforms, paid time off, 401(k) with generous company match, and more.
