The OpportunityFuntoNetwork is seeking a Transportation Construction Engineering Specialist for upcoming project opportunity: North Carolina Department of Transportation .
Core Responsibilities- Review plans, quantities, methods, constructability, specifications, permits, and technical submittals for transportation work.
- Demonstrated experience performing Transportation Construction Engineering Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
- Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
- Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
