Tri Pointe Homes DC Metro is seeking a Financial Analyst to assist management with forecasts, reports, models, and analyses to improve operational effectiveness for the company and division. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in a Financial Analyst role, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of US GAAP and SOX, with experience in JD Edwards, Salesforce, or Hyphen Solutions.
