• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team to produce manufactured products, organizing workflow to meet quality and productivity requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching, standardizing work, and verifying that lines are running safely and smoothly.
• Drive to exceed personal and team goals by upholding high performance standards through servant leadership.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Safety and quality experience.
• Six Sigma: Black or Green Belt certification.
• Knowledge of constraint management principles.
• Experience managing a unionized workforce.

This is a Contract position based out of Flat Rock, MI.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
