Founding Engineer

The Opportunity As a Founding Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced founders and senior engineers to build and scale the core platform from the ground up. This is a hands‑on role with significant influence over architecture, infrastructure, product development, and engineering culture. You'll help shape technical strategy while building systems that solve complex, real-world problems at scale. Responsibilities Design and build production‑grade software systems Lead backend and infrastructure development (Go, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD) Contribute across the stack when required (React, TypeScript) Work closely with customers to rapidly iterate and deliver value Help define engineering standards, processes, and long‑term technical direction Requirements Strong backend engineering and cloud infrastructure experience Experience with Go (Golang) is preferred, although candidates with expertise in other backend languages will also be considered Ability to make sound technical decisions in fast‑moving environments Comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership Interest in AI‑driven products and emerging technologies Leadership potential with a desire to help build and mentor future teams Experience as a Founding Engineer, early‑stage startup engineer, or founder is highly desirable Bonus Points Experience building AI or machine learning products Startup or early‑stage company experience Experience working in complex or highly regulated environments #J-18808-Ljbffr iFindTech Ltd
