Join us at 1788 Chicken, an independent franchisee with 50 Zaxby's locations and counting, and enjoy a supportive work environment that values your contributions.

Main Responsibilities of a Store Manager:

Oversee daily operations of the store
Manage resources effectively
Ensure top-notch customer service

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Manage budgets and maintain financial records
Handle customer complaints and queries
Maximize profitability and productivity
Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
Prepare promotional displays and materials
Provide opportunities for staff advancement
