Overview Earn $80,000–$105,000 + $15,000 Sign-On Bonus—With Training, Career Development & a Strong Clinical Team. Location: Woonsocket, Rhode Island, a member of the Confluent Health Family. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You’ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards. A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency. Responsibilities Review patients’ medical history. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to their concerns. Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury. Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed. Qualifications Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
