Account Executive (Founding US Hire) Remote – USA (MST/MDT preferred) $100k–$130k base + uncapped OTE Certus Recruitment has partnered with a profitable, fast-scaling global business that is redefining how companies build and scale teams. With nearly two decades of experience and a global delivery footprint, the business is now investing heavily in North America. This hire will play a key role in shaping and executing the US go-to-market strategy. This is a rare opportunity to join at a founding stage in the region, but with the backing, infrastructure, and credibility of an established international organisation. The Role This is a pure new business role focused on building and owning a US territory from the ground up. You will take full responsibility for developing pipeline, winning new clients, and helping establish the brand in a highly competitive market. You will be selling a high-impact Talent-as-a-Service model that enables businesses to build dedicated offshore teams in the Philippines — reducing cost while maintaining quality and control. The organisation already supports 150+ global clients and employs 1,700+ staff worldwide. The model is proven, the references are strong, and the market demand is accelerating. Responsibilities Own the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting through to close Build and execute a territory plan focused on mid-market organisations across the US Generate pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and partnerships Position the business as a premium alternative to traditional outsourcing and BPO providers Engage and sell to senior stakeholders, including founders, CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Operations Collaborate closely with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and GTM strategy in the US market Leverage existing global case studies and success stories to win net-new logos Requirements Proven track record in B2B new business sales (SaaS, services, outsourcing, or similar) Demonstrated success in winning net-new logos and building pipeline from scratch Experience selling into mid-market organisations and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals Confident operating in a scale-up or high-growth environment with limited structure Commercially strong, with the ability to position value at C-suite level Self-sufficient, disciplined, and comfortable working in a fully remote role Nice to have: Previous exposure to offshore, outsourcing, or global talent models Experience selling into Retail, FinTech, or Technology sectors Why Join Backed by a profitable, globally established organisation with ~20 years of operating history Proven delivery model with 150+ clients and 1,700+ employees globally Significant untapped opportunity across the North American market High level of autonomy and genuine influence over how the US business is built Strong earning potential with uncapped commission and clear progression as the region scales For experienced AEs who enjoy building markets, not inheriting them, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a high-demand solution in a market that is actively looking for alternatives.
