Contracts & Compliance Specialist — Legal Ops
Channel Partners
Channel Partners, based in Tampa, FL, seeks a Legal Support Specialist to lead the full contract lifecycle—drafting, reviewing, routing for approval, executing, and renewing client and vendor agreements. You will work closely with Operations and Finance on onboarding and compliance. You will manage COIs, business licenses, and corporate records while helping build scalable legal processes and governance.
