Patient Access Coordinator

This role plays an important part in creating a welcoming, professional, and organized experience for our patients while supporting scheduling, intake coordination, and front office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls and assisting patients.
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating provider calendars.
• Sending and following up on intake forms.
• Verifying patient information and insurance documentation.
• Assisting with patient onboarding and front desk operations.
• Maintaining professionalism, organization, and excellent customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional.
