- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, PLC, robotic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Program, modify, and maintain PLC systems
- Support installation and commissioning of new production equipment
- Document maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
- Assist with training and mentoring fellow technicians as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- At least 2 years of PLC troubleshooting experience
- Strong knowledge of robotics, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic schematics, and blueprints
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
