Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Independent Practice | $410K+ | Kansas

Position Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services independently in a CRNA-only practice model
• Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and nerve blocks across a diverse case mix
• Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and post-anesthetic care for surgical patients
• Collaborate with a supportive Chief CRNA and experienced anesthesia team
• Participate in 1:6 home beeper call rotation with guaranteed post-call day off
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Position Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Board Certified CRNA or Board Eligible
• Valid Kansas state nursing license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical skills with confidence to practice independently
• Proficiency in regional anesthesia and nerve blocks preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• New graduate CRNAs with strong clinical backgrounds encouraged to apply
