Audit Associate
A client-centered small/mid-size CPA firm is seeking an Audit Associate to support financial statement audits and assurance engagements in a mentoring team environment.
Highlights
- Perform audit fieldwork: testing, documentation, walkthroughs, and workpaper prep under GAAS
- Assist with year-end audits, reviews, and compilations for privately held clients
- Collaborate with seniors and managers; learn industries from manufacturing to professional services
- Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA eligibility preferred; 0–2 years audit / assurance experience
- Hybrid options with work-life balance and supportive busy-season planning

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 DOE
- Performance bonus / year-end bonus potential

- Hybrid with fieldwork as needed; busy season typically winter/spring with lighter summer recovery
