Electrical Panel AssemblerWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling and wiring industrial control panels and enclosures based on electrical schematics and verbal instructions. The ideal candidate will have experience with both single-phase and three-phase systems, and a strong understanding of electrical components and programming.Key Responsibilities:Wire and build industrial enclosures according to electrical schematics and verbal instructionsAssemble control panels including layout of back panels, wire routing, labeling, and component installationProgram Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and other specified devices per work order instructionsWork with both single-phase and three-phase electrical systemsPerform equipment wiring and testing when control panel shop work is not availableEnsure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulationsMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials usedCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical systems preferred1+ years of experience in electrical panel assembly or related fieldAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagramsFamiliarity with VFDs and device programming preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentBasic hand and power tool proficiencyUnderstanding of safety standards and procedures in an industrial setting
