What You'll Do As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll learn the insurance business while building relationships with customers and helping them find coverage that fits their needs. Responsibilities Build relationships with prospective and existing customers. Learn about Farm Bureau Insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions. Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement. Conduct needs-based conversations to identify customer goals and insurance needs. Educate clients on available insurance products, discounts, and coverage options. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
