Attend court appearances, depositions, motion hearings, and participate in trials. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations. Draft and review complex legal documents, including pleadings and settlement agreements. Contribute to case strategies and support senior team members in trial preparations. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in Texas. A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare defense. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to present legal arguments clearly and concisely. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
