This role involves managing teams, interacting directly with clients, and driving both technical excellence and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEngagement ManagementLead and manage compilations, reviews, GAAP audits, and Yellowbook auditsOversee all phases of engagements including planning, staffing, scheduling, and executionMonitor budgets and timelines, ensuring projects stay on trackTechnical OversightReview financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedulesEvaluate internal controls and develop audit programsStay current on accounting standards and regulatory changesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise, mentor, and evaluate staff and senior associatesProvide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluationsSupport professional development across the teamClient Relationship ManagementServe as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service deliveryCommunicate findings, recommendations, and value-added insightsIdentify opportunities for additional services and business growthAdvisory & ComplianceAssist clients with entity selection, accounting systems, and process improvementsProvide guidance on tax planning and compliance within the healthcare spaceSupport audit processes including Single Audits and regulatory complianceBusiness DevelopmentParticipate in networking and client development initiativesCollaborate with firm leadership to expand client relationships and servicesThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced assurance professional to step into a leadership role within a specialized healthcare practice while contributing to firm growth and client success.
