Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
• Answering phones and direct phone calls to appropriate person
• Greet all guest and clients with a smile

Skills

• Previous experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant is preferred.
• QuickBooks experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
