Key Responsibilities As a Student Counselor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Client Engagement : Connecting with clients over the phone and via email to provide outstanding customer service. Technical Support : Assisting clients with website access and troubleshooting to ensure a seamless experience. Proactive Outreach : Reaching out to clients to check on their progress and ensure their satisfaction. Product Expertise : Explaining our products and services to help clients maximize their benefits. Feedback Collection : Gathering valuable client feedback to support continuous improvement. Issue Resolution : Resolving client issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels. Versatile Duties : Supporting additional tasks as needed to help achieve team and company goals. Work Schedule Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM , Monday through Friday. Additional Requirements Location : Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Price, UT 84501 before starting work (required). On-Site Role : This position is in-person and does not currently offer remote or work-from-home options.
