Registered Nurse - Homecare | 13-Week Travel RN Contract – Newburgh, NY Registered Nurse - Home Health / Homecare | Newburgh, NY Compassionate Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week home health assignment in Newburgh, New York. Deliver personalized patient care in the home setting while working independently across a local territory in the scenic Hudson Valley. Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,060-$2,390 Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Newburgh, New York Coverage Area: Newburgh territory Start Date: 10/19/2026 Shift Duration: 8 Hour Days Productivity Expectation: 30 Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage paid from first patient to last patient Registered Nurse Job Requirements At least 1 year of Registered Nurse experience required Previous homecare or home health nursing experience strongly preferred Experience with OASIS documentation required Experience with HCHB required Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New York Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload efficiently Reliable transportation for travel throughout the assigned territory Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans Complete patient assessments, develop care plans, and document visits accurately and thoroughly Utilize OASIS and HCHB systems to support compliant and timely clinical documentation Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate care team members Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and disease management Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as needed Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality, compassionate home health care 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity across our organization.
