Rush Fun Park in San Antonio, TX is looking for one supervisor to join our 4 person strong team. We are located on 6301 Nw Loop 410 Suite 200. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Benefits Free Bowling, Laser tag and Go Carts with family and friends when off duty Free time cards for unlimited gameplay when off duty Free Shift meal Responsibilities Work with General Manager to achieve goals and targets Manage daily payroll spending budget Create and distribute employee schedules in a timely manner Motivate staff keeping them on task and assisting when needed Field customer complaints and find a solution to ensure a great experience Open and/or Close the business and be the main point of contact for all operations on a daily basis Supervise upwards of 40 employees in different areas of the business at any one time Count cash tills and perform cash audits to catch potential theft Ability to work in multiple different roles and be a leader for others Qualifications Experience working as a supervisor Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively Ability to train and lead a team to success Outstanding organizational skills Previous entertainment center experience a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rush Fun Park
