Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for a company in Pearl River, LA.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and can confidently juggle multiple tasks throughout the day.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay & Benefits:

• $17 per hour
• Full benefits package

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls (primary responsibility)
• Data entry and record updates
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries
• Research credits and account information
• Navigate multiple databases to locate and verify information
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to learn and work within several database systems

Physical Requirements:

• Combination of sitting and walking throughout the workday
