Commercial Property Manager – Medical Office Portfolio A growing commercial real estate company is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a regional portfolio of medical office properties across multiple states. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the portfolio, including tenant relations, vendor oversight, property maintenance coordination, budgeting, reporting, and capital improvement projects. This position is based in Middletown, NJ, with periodic travel to portfolio properties as needed.
