Brindar apoyo al Controller en la ejecución de los procesos contables, financieros y contributivos de la empresa y sus compañías relacionadas, asegurando la exactitud de los registros contables, el cumplimiento de las obligaciones regulatorias y la preparación oportuna de la información financiera. Apoyar los procesos de contabilidad general y el ciclo contable de la empresa y sus compañías relacionadas. Preparar y registrar asientos de diario, ajustes y reclasificaciones contables. Preparar y analizar conciliaciones bancarias y de cuentas de balance. Participar en transacciones y reconciliaciones entre compañías relacionadas (intercompany). Apoyar la preparación y revisión de información financiera y análisis de cuentas. Colaborar con el cumplimiento contributivo, incluyendo IVU, retenciones y otras obligaciones aplicables. Apoyar los procesos de cierre mensual y anual. Preparar y organizar documentación requerida para auditorías externas. Mantener documentación contable y evidencia de respaldo de forma organizada y actualizada. Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos y controles internos establecidos por la empresa. Participar en proyectos especiales y realizar otras funciones relacionadas con el puesto que le sean asignadas. CONOCIMIENTOS Y DESTREZAS: Conocimiento sólido de principios, prácticas y procedimientos contables. Experiencia o conocimiento en SAP; conocimiento de QuickBooks es deseable. Conocimiento de procesos intercompany y conciliación de cuentas entre compañías relacionadas. Capacidad para preparar y analizar conciliaciones de cuentas de balance y bancarias. Conocimiento de asientos de diario, ajustes, reclasificaciones, depreciaciones y amortizaciones. Conocimiento de obligaciones contributivas de Puerto Rico, incluyendo IVU y retenciones. Dominio de Microsoft Excel y Microsoft Office. Capacidad analítica para identificar diferencias, investigar partidas y apoyar su resolución. Capacidad para manejar múltiples prioridades y cumplir con fechas críticas de cierre. EDUCACION: Bachillerato en Contabilidad. EXPERIENCIA: Se requiere mínimo de un (1) año de experiencia en contabilidad general, conciliaciones, cierres contables o funciones relacionadas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart Option Search
