Commercial Loan Officer

ABOUT THE ROLE:

**INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 23rd AND OCTOBER 2nd** We’re on the lookout for a Commercial Loan Processor who is ready to hit the ground running. You’ll work at our office in Ogden, ONSITE, with our amazing sales team, underwriting group, lending partners, referral sources, and business owners to deliver financing solutions that spark economic growth. This role is for a self-motivated team player. Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Communicating professionally with lenders, clients, and internal team members to support a smooth and efficient loan process.
• Providing timely, accurate and efficient application data entry.
• Processing applications and complete required verifications.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Supporting day-to-day office operations and handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Work to maintain and increase productivity within the department.
• Adapting to changing priorities and learning new processes, procedures, and industry requirements.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous office or administrative experience.
• Strong computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, adaptability, and a high level of integrity.
