Summary Seasonal Client Advisor responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional client service in a Beverly Hills store. The role focuses on building and maintaining client relationships, applying product knowledge to the sales process, and supporting store operations and visual standards. This seasonal position works collaboratively with the store team to meet personal and store sales objectives. Responsibilities Exceed personal sales goals and contribute to overall store sales growth. Develop and apply comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients and close sales. Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and after-sales support. Collect and update client information to personalize future interactions. Engage proactively with clients to promote products and provide tailored assistance. Maintain store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines and support action plans from store leadership. Identify opportunities to optimize sales and operational efficiency while modeling company values. Requirements Minimum 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
