RN First Assistant (RNFA) | Templeton, CA
Take your surgical nursing career to the next level in beautiful Central California. Adventist Health Twin Cities is seeking an experienced RN First Assistant (RNFA) to support surgeons and deliver exceptional perioperative patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment.
What You’ll Do:
Assist surgeons during operative procedures and provide advanced perioperative care
Perform intraoperative duties including suturing, hemostasis, positioning, prepping, and draping
Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care throughout the surgical experience
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes
What You’ll Bring:
Active California RN license required
Completion of an approved RNFA course required
Minimum 3 years of scrub and circulate experience in acute care required
CNOR, ACLS, and BLS certifications required
