Clinical Operations Coordinator

Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, NC is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to support high-quality, patient-centered care across our hospital and associated clinics. In this role, you will coordinate daily clinical operations, support staff, and help optimize patient flow for our rural and mountain communities. Responsibilities include overseeing workflows and schedules, assisting with onboarding and training, and monitoring quality and safety metrics. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary teams, using EHR tools to track care and outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in a community-focused hospital environment grounded in compassion, respect, and teamwork.
