Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum phases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, interpreting electronic fetal monitoring strips and responding to changes in condition
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, supporting the obstetric team in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Deliver postpartum care including newborn assessment, breastfeeding support, and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State RN license (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification required
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Experience in Labor & Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic fetal monitoring and proficiency interpreting EFM strips
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification (basic or intermediate)
• Prior travel or contract nursing experience in an LDRP or L&D setting
