Server Assistant We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our team as a Server Assistant at Rare Society. Responsibilities Supporting servers throughout the guest dining experience Clear and reset tables in a refined and polished way Greet table and offer water service Maintain cleanliness of side stations and restrooms Sweep, remove trash, and keep an organized work space Engage with guests as needed Provide hospitality Position Requirements 1 year fine dining experience, preferred Exceptional communication skills Obsessed with the details Some food and beverage knowledge, preferred Ability to work as a team Ability to arrive on-time Must be able to stand and walk for an extended period of time Growth mindset Problem solver What We Offer Schedule flexibility Competitive pay, 401k Food and Beverage discounts Growth opportunity Shift: Evenings Location: Rare Society, San Diego, CA Pay Range: Minimum Wage + Tips We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
