SIGN ON BONUS & RELO ELIGIBLE FOR full-time NEW-HIRE RN'S WITH 1+ YRS EXP! * Shift differential offered for nights and weekend shifts Boise Neuro med/surg unit is a 34 bed Surgical unit that is an ideal place to build strong clinical skills while caring for an increasingly diverse patient population. Our surgical cases include all spine surgeries (neck and back, including pediatric (13years or older) scoliosis; all cranial (brain) surgeries including brain tumor removal, neuro-vascular surgeries/neuro-interventional procedures, etc.; VP shunt placement for hydrocephalus; Deep Brain Stimulators for Parkinson’s patients; and caring for all stroke patients. Typical RN to patient ratios on this unit are 1:3-4. For CNAs, the ratios are typically 1:8-12. Overview Our patients come from all walks of life and so do we!
