We encourage our team to strive for personal and professional greatness and are always empowered to do what is right.Join our AAA Five Diamond property in Central Florida!The Opportunity:Reservations and Communications SpecialistWho We Look For:We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our Reservations and Communications team.Responsibilities:Manage a large volume of calls throughout shiftsContact guests to provide pre-arrival assistance and answer questions or concerns during their staySuggest and complete room, spa, golf, and dining reservationsAble to describe the resort's offerings, and benefitsMinimum Qualifications:Strong communication and computer skills are requiredAble to work rotating schedules, including overnight reliefExperience of 1-2 yearsA successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
