Part time Administrative Assistant

Job Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a part time Administrative Assistant for one of our top clients in Kalamazoo, MI. As an Administrative Assistant with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for proving a full range of administrative support for the communications team, including the CEO. This is a contract opportunity paying between 24-29/hour (depending on experience). The hours will be during regular business hours, totally 20-30 hours a week. Additional Job Responsibilities Include: Calendar support Meeting scheduling and planning SharePoint maintenance Expense Reporting Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent At least 5 years of recent administrative assistance experience or executive assistance Experience with SharePoint required Advanced knowledge in the use of MS Office (including PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Experience with travel and expense reporting All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr Direct Staffing Inc
