Pohanka Nissan Hyundai of Fredericksburg is seeking a dynamic and motivated Used Car Sales Manager to lead our used car sales dept.. This role involves overseeing daily sales operations, driving sales growth, assist in managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service to maximize profits and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase used car sales volume and profitability. Oversee inventory management to maintain an optimal selection of used vehicles. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive buying experience. Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Requirements Proven experience in used car sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $140,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
