Environmental Services Coordinator

Central Peninsula Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY: The Environmental Services (EVS) Coordinator works closely with the Environmental Services Manager and Supervisor to act as an administrative resource and provides administrative support to staff. This includes coordinating education requirements, assisting in the schedule and time keeping process, event planning, coordinating daily work orders and room setups, performing departmental clerical activities, record-keeping, and assisting in running EPIC to include assigning discharges. The Environmental Services Coordinator will spend 20% of their time assisting staff with EVS and Laundry duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED
1 year of Environmental Services experience in a healthcare setting OR
1 year of general office experience
