Credit Bureau Services of Iowa, a trusted name in collections for than 75 years, is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

Primary responsibilities include following up on sales leads and previous customers, creating sales reports, providing customer service, and administratively supporting the sales team.

This is a full-time position; salary is commensurate with experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up on sales leads and contact previous customers
• New client onboarding
• Create reports for the sales team regarding market conditions, sales results and team earnings
• Provide customer service to CBSI clients and resolve problems
• Perform administrative duties for the sales team
• Maintain promotional database
• Provide sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
• Maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; prepare and distribute monthly reports
• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data; develop presentation formats and materials
• Track and analyze sales expenses

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• Sales-related work experience preferred
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills
• Data entry and reporting skills
• Administrative writing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
