This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to develop hands-on experience with industrial automation and control systems.Major ResponsibilitiesAssist with the design, development, and implementation of control systems to meet machine and integrated system requirementsDevelop and modify PLC control logic and HMI applicationsAssist with control system schematics, wiring documentation, and control panel layoutsSupport system testing, troubleshooting, commissioning, and start-up activitiesAssist with the development and maintenance of project documentationWork alongside experienced controls engineers on automation and control system integration projectsSupport projects for clients across industries such as food and beverage, semiconductor, and other industrial applicationsLearn and apply industry standards and best practices for controls and automationPerform general project and engineering-related administrative tasks as neededMinimum RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferredAssociate degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent education/experience will also be consideredExperienceExperience with controls, automation, electrical engineering, or a related fieldRockwell Automation/Allen-Bradley or Ignition experience highly preferredBasic understanding of PLC programming and ladder logicExposure to HMI/SCADA systems preferredFamiliarity with electrical schematics, control panels, and instrumentation preferredAutoCAD experience is a plusStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to learn and work in a hands-on industrial environment**The annual base salary range for this position has been provided. The range given is broad and should be considered as a guideline only.
